Paul has a long track record within Human Resources and Recruitment in which he has helped, and worked for, a number of organisations from SMEs through to Blue Chip Clients. He has an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a degree in Behaviour Science. A Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) he also has Graduate Basis for Registration within the British Psychological Society.
